Description

This part contains the scaffold for use in our nanobody selection system. Containing two primary elements (lambda cl (codon optimized for Ecoli. and BH-GBP3) under the regulation of a lac-UV5 promoter. The two elements are separated with a XhoI cut site to allow for easy insertion of your naive or synthetic nanobody library.

Notes

Unfortunately due to submission requirements we had to submit in pSB1C3 even though the system produces the least noise in a low copy number vector. As such if you plan to use it you need to clone it into a more appropriate vector to be utilized properly.
