Description
CYC1 Terminator is widely used in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a composite part in many vectors of Saccharomyces cerevisiae like plasmid pYES2. Amplifying it by PCR and link it after your protein coding sequence is also feasible if you want to express the gene in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Notes
There is no neccessary consideration in detailed design of the sequence
Source
It comes from genome sequence of Saccharomyces cerevisiae
