Description
pTet is a constitutive promoter that is repressed by TetR. TetR is removed when aTc is added at various concentrations. This part had TetR included and constitutively produced. Therefore, this part can be used as an inducible promoter, which will vary promoter strength depending on the concentration of aTc added.
