Description
This part contains two fluorescent protein coding sites (RFP and GFP) and was assembled using Golden Gate Assembly. In order to make the plasmid, parts were taken from iGEM Registry (BBa_J04450 (RFP) and BBa_I13522 (GFP)) along with a 500 base pair "spacer" part derived from different backbones, and a pSB1C3 backbone assembled to make the final part. It can be used to express both GFP and RFP proteins.Notes
