Description

This part is composed of pTet promoter, a high efficiency RBS, coding region of GFP and double terminator.
Sinve pTet promoter is constitutively on and can be repressed by TetR, this part is used to test whether pTet is sensitive to TetR.

Notes

This part is used to test the sensitivity of ptet to tetR, so before experimenting with our desired gene,we used GFP to see whether ptet can be repressed by tetR.
