Description

This is a coding sequence for the alpha amylase enzyme from the fungus Pencilium. This coding sequence can be combined with the remaining components of a genetic construct and transformed into a target organism for expression of the enzyme.

Notes

Kpn and Spe restriction sites were removed and sequence was optimized for S.cerevisiae.
