Sequences BBa_K242005_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This sequence has structural motifs capable of multiple recognition of LEE Encoded Regulator (LER), which is a transcription activator for all the LEE operons from Enteropathogenic and Enterohemorragic Escherichia coli. This region is upstream of the LEE5 (Tir) operon, contains the promoter (-10..-35) and doesn't include a RBS.

Notes

Region -190 had to be ensured, so I selected about 270 nucleotides upstream of the TSS.
