Description

This is the product of the xylE gene from Pseudomonas putida. The prefix of this part has been altered to the Silver lab standard for fusion proteins.

This part is ready for the addition of a protein at its N-terminus to create fusion protein

Notes

It was important that we removed the endogenous P. putida ribosomal binding site, as well as the promoter from the sequence in order to allow for the creation of a fusion protein.
