    Description

    This part is taq DNA Polymerase III made into biobrick form. It can be used to make taq DNA polymerase III, which is a widely used heat-stable DNA polymerase. At the moment it is in the plannning stage.

    Notes

    It was necessary to take into account the difficulty of designing primers for the high GC content creates a high melting temperature which can lead to hairpins and other secondary structures
