    Human Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription is one of important transcription factor. It is phosphorylated by RTK(Receptor Tyrosine Kinase) and form dimer. STAT1 dimer binds to the GAS element of promoter and up-regulate the gene.
    It contain only coding region of STAT1 gene.

    Notes

    This sequence don't contain promoter.
