Description

This brick is the first Ig-like region of Human basic FGFR. this region doesn't bind to the FGF. So our single chain antibody doesn't replace this region. As we don't know the function of this region, we remain this part.

With this design, the signal peptide should be changed when the expression organism is changed.

This sequence comes from the hybrid of two sequence. The nucleotide sequence for signal peptide is from S.pombe,MVFLNSSPFKGRLLFFVYLLIISTRLVAA of Cell wall integrity and stress response component 1 protein. and ig-like region is from human basic FGFR.
