Description
This part is composed of an inducible arabinose promoter (I0500) and an sRNA sequence. This is one of the four subsystems utilized in detecting a ratio (see Stanford iGEM 2010 project). Arabinose induces the production of the sRNA2 transcript, and if no sRNA1 is present (see part ), this can then be translated into GFP.
Notes
We designed the sRNA2 tag. It was developed as to not interfere with E. coli's native genome and to be bound by RSID2 (see part BBa_k353003).
