This tag has to be fused to the N-terminal end only (there is NO fusion prefix) of any given protein. The tagged protein are degraded by ClpXP only if they are tethered to it. Lambda tag is thus equivalent to DAS tag (see K365007) exept for its position within the fusion protein you will get.

There is no fusion prefix.
