    Description

    GogR expression is controlled by the pRM promoter and for repression gogR can bind to three different operator sites OR1, OR2, OR3 on either prophage, which also overlap with the pR promoter, so pRM and pR share certain operator sites.

    Notes

    There were problems expressing gogR with a strong RBS on a high copy number plasmid.
