Description
G1IMMR consists of three promoters: pL, pRM and pR, but we removed pL. The promoter pRM promotes forward transcription and in its natural settings it controls the transcription of the repressor gogR. The promoter pR promotes reverse transcription and in its natural settings it controls the transcription of the anti-repressor of gogR, antO.

The pL promoter was removed.
