Description
This part is an engineered variant of the original green fluorescent protein from Aequorea victoria that fluoresces cyan. Additionally, this protein contains an intronic micro RNA (miRNA) that binds tightly to the FF4 sequence. This protein is therefore a dual repressor/reporter that typically serves to indicate which cells have miRFF4 in mammalian experiments.Notes
