    Description

    Generator of Cre recombinase. A leaky inducible promoter R0010 and strong RBS B0034 were employed to drive strong expression of Cre recombinase upon addition of IPTG to medium.

    Notes

    The lacI repressor was not included in the design, since the construct was expected to function in strains with function lacI, e.g. DH10b.
