Description

Enzyme in the pathway required for L-Ascorbate Acid Synthesis. This sequence was taken from plants. It catalyzes the conversion of L-Galactose-1-P to L-Galactose.

Notes

Part was constructed by ordering individual oligonucleotides. These oligos were then assembled through the use of CPEC and then further amplified with the outermost oligos as primers.
