Description
Pxyl inducible promoter (induced by xylose) from Caulobacter crescentus, suspected N-acetylglucosaminidase dspB from Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, and the C-terminal secretion tag from Caulobacter's S-layer associated protein, RsaA. The dspB that we used was synthesized by IDT so as to be codon optimized for our chassis organism, Caulobacter.Notes
