Description

The biobrick contains the lacI promotor from E. coli fused with the iron dependent regulator fur from Neisseria
meningitidis. Fur regulates genes via binding at fur-binding-boxes. The backbone pSB3C5 is compartible to the standart backbone pSB1C3.

There where no special considerations we had to deal with.
