Description

CIT2 encodes Citrate synthase. Its promoter is controlled by rtg1 transcription factor. When TORC1 is inactive, Rtg1 tranlocates into the nuclear and promoter the expression of CIT2.In our project, we will promoter our mut-Tor2 by the promoter of CIT2 and construct the feed back loop.
