Description
This part contains the tet regulated promoter R0040 as well as the wild-type tetR gene organized opposite one another to allow creation of an autonomous tet regulatable promoter module.
Indirect evidence suggests it does and works as expected (induced by anhydrotetracycline).
Notes
DNA was obtained by gene synthesis and a mutation within the -10 of the promoter driving expression of tetR makes it unsure whether it is produced or not by this part.
