Description

This part is functionally identical to BBa_K592009 amilCP Blue Coding Device. The only difference is BBa_K592009 contains B0014 double terminator. This part had been submitted in pSB1A3 and pSB1K3 plasmids while BBa_K592009 was submitted in pSB1C3. Functionally they fulfill the same purpose.

Notes

This part was submitted as complementary of BBa_K592009. Since the BioBrick plasmids pSB1A3 and pSB1K3 contain internal terminators directly downstream to the P-site, adding terminators to the cloned gene is redundant. This part can be used with BBa_K592009 interchangeably.
