Description
This composite promoter is composed of ptetR(R0040), RBS(B0034), lasR(C0079), double terminator(B0015),plas(R0079). The ptetR have a constitutivel expression under the condition that no tetR exists, producing lasR. When the lasR unites with 3-O-C12-HSL and form a complex bound to the cassette in plas, the downstream genes' expression can be activated.Notes
