    Nitroreductase is a protein and it removes nitro functional group make it less toxic molecules; such as from TNT to monoaminodinitrotoluene(ADNT), 2,4-dinitrotoluene(DNT).Enterobacter cloacae oxygen-insensitive NAD(P)H nitroreductase (nfsI) gene is our basic gene.
