In this construct, YN-13-R and YC-CHAMP is ligated in the downstream of ori+Pmsp1+rep, aimed at serving as optogenetic wireless neurostimulator with OFF state (no BRET between EYFP and rLuc) as default mode. BiFC between YN and YC is anticipated in the default state as well.
