Description
This part has only rocF obtained from B.subtilis 168 by colony-PCR.
rocF is the cording region of Arginase, catalyzing the reaction from arginine to urea and ornithine.
Original rocF has two EcoRI sites in ORF, so we changed these sites.
Notes
This is regulated by ArgR. We should use ArgBox or ArgR-lacked strain.
