Description

This part was designed with the idea of improving the expression of AOX1A in response to a cold shock. To do that we combined the CsPA promoter (Part:BBa_K328000) with the OmpA + AOX1A previusly ensambled by iGEM10_GeorgiaTech.

Notes

As the part K328000 is a basic part, instead of a combination of subparts (Promoter, etc...), we had to analyse the sequence, cut out the HybB promoter and combine manually with the CsPA sequence.
