Description
Mitochondrial targeting sequence (MTS) for Aspergillus nidulans. A MTS is usually required for the entry of proteins and intermediary metabolites into mitochondria. The MTS is a DNA fragment encoding the N-terminal 60 amino acids of the AcuJ.
