P3HB + eYFP producing construct

Description

This is an construct for producing P3HB and eYFP (enhanced yellow fluorescent protein). A constitutive promoter(BBa_R0040) locates on the upstream of the whole construct and by adding 2 percent gulcose into the media, the bacteria would produce bioplastics and eYFP. eYFP exists on the downstream of P3HB production operon for estimating a relationship between amount of produced bioplastics and expressed bioplastic producing enzymes .

Notes

phaA and phaB was cloned from pGEM phbCAB which carries the gene of Ralstonia Eutropha.
