Description
This biobrick is the coding sequence of our SU9+REX in yeast cytoplasm. It is used to construct our final biobricks which express REX in the cytoplasm and then transport REX into mitochondrial matrix.
Notes
The signal peptid must be able to work efficiently, and can transport REX into mitochondrial matrix.
Source
SU9 comes from yeast gemome. REX was modified to suitable for expression in yeast.
