Description

hydrophobic low-molecular-weight compounds such as alkanes and aromatics can
be catalyzed by P450 monooxygenation reactions.the catalyzed reaction of p450 needs the electron transfer.
and the reducing electrons are tunneled from NAD(P)H via ferredoxin(fdx),simultaneously,ferredoxin(fdx)is reduced by ferredoxin reductase(fdr).in the future ,we will make three gene express in the method of fusion protein.
