    This part produces a coat protein of the Cowpea Clorotic Mottle Virus (CCMV), with the first 25 amino acids replaced with an Histidine tag (6x).

    Notes

    Select the number of AA that gets deleted, to get the N terminal end of the CCMV more to the surface, to become available on the outside.
