Description

This is the first part of our low temperature release system biobrick. It can make e.coli pass the pathway : glucose->pyruvate->2-acetolactate->2,3-Dihydroxy-isovalerate.Plac is the promoter gene.B0034 is the ribosome binding site.zif268 and PBSII are zinc fingers which help enzymes, alsS and ilvC,to bind the specific DNA sequence and work like factorys gathering together to work efficiently.AlsS is the enzyme which is responsible for converting pyruvate into 2-acetolactate.IlvC is responsible for converting 2-acetolactate into 2,3-Dihydroxy-isovalerate.

Notes

We had been afraid that it is too long to connect all of them become one part of our biobrick.Fortunately,we are successful for connecting all of them with no problems.
