rhMT is a recombinant human metallothionein with high capability of arsenic binding, the highest known to date with stequiometry of 6:1 (6 arsenic molecules per metallothionein)

Notes

This part has the following prefix sites, EcoRI and BglII and as suffix sites, BamHI and SpeI. Through this way, it is possible to obtain fusion proteins in frame via BglII and BamHI sites, and also enables the use of Standard Assembly 10 vectors.
