    The localizing protein, ZRC1, a vacuolar membrane zinc transporter. C terminal fusion to ZRC1 will localize the complex to the vacuolar membrane.

    Notes

    The gene was codon optimized for yeast and internal restriction sites were removed for to compatibility with our Golden Gate cloning scheme.
