    The actin targeting protein, ABP1, maintains the actin cytoskeleton. C terminally fusing a protein of interest to ABP1 will localize it to the actin.

    Notes

    The gene was codon optimized for yeast and internal restriction sites were removed for to compatibility with our Golden Gate cloning scheme.
