Description
Kan/Amp resistant plasmid for Homogous recombination into Synechocystis 6803. Please note that this plasmid is only biobrick friendly and not compatible due to an EcoRI site present above the upstream homology region. To use this with biobrick compatible parts, assembly should be completed in a standard, highcopy plasmid such as Psb1C3 and then inserted into this backbone for transformation into Synechocystis using XbaI and PstI.
Notes
This plasmid has both Kan and Amp resistance.
