    Description

    pSB1A2 have a double mutation in the 80th serine (TCC->TAG) of the APr gene. This plasmid need a tRNA amber suppressor to express this gene. So in case of horizontal gene transfer this gene won't be expressed and then the plasmid will be lost more easily.

    Notes

    2 oligo mutated on 2 positions were used for this purpose.
