Description

Lysine-rich protein (LRP) gene is a clone optimized by Genscript, which is derived from Capsicum frutescens. LRP gene consists of a net positive charge that runs quickly through electrophoresis, resulting in a lower molecular weight at 21.5 kDa. The size of the LRP gene required in this experiment, ABY71635.1, is 669 bp. The LRP gene is used to enrich the lysine nutrition in rice.
