Description
This part was used as the control for measuring directionality of promoter sequences. The specific part has the directionality construct with Bba_J23102 as the inserted promoter. By digesting at the restriction site xba1 and Spe1 this will remove the promoter sequence, one can then ligate in different promoters at the restriction sites to measure the directionality of different promoter sequences.
