Description

Mutant of the Polyetheylene Terephtalate degrading protein LC Cutinase (Bba_K936000). The tyrosine at the 127th amino acid position is changed to an alanine. This part was created using site directed mutagenesis to change a "TAC" codon to a "GCC" codon.

Notes

Eliminated BioBrick restriction sites and added a TAA double stop.
