Description

This is a human coagulation factor VII. The main role of Factor VII is to work in conjunction with Tissue Factor (TF) to initiate blood coagulation. Human factor VII has been introduced for use in uncontrollable bleeding in hemophilia patients (with Factor VIII or IX deficiency) who have developed inhibitors against replacement coagulation factor.
