    Description

    This is a custom designed linker sequence designed to fit between two protein coding domains in a bicistronic system. The linker contains multiple frameshifted TAA stop codons and is long enough to prevent ribosome interference.

    Notes

    Synthesis was difficult due to the number of TAA repeats.
