Description
This terminator and pUC ori are a combination of a terminator sequence and an origin or replication.
The terminator is a class 1 terminator that ends transcription of the operon.
The pUC origin of replication is used for DNA replication and dictates the number of copies of the plasmid that the host organism will make (in this case, is approximately 250 copies per cell)
