    Description

    QseB is a quorum sensing response regulator derived from Escherichia coli. When phosphorylated by the histidine kinase QseC, QseB binds to the flhDC promoter and induces transcription of the downstream gene.

    Notes

    The design was codon optimized and designed to exclude restriction sites for BsaI.
