    Description

    This ribosome binding site was chosen to have a moderately high performance and a relatively small deviation. The sequence for this RBS removes the start codon at the end of the sequence as found in BIOFAB, so it will work best when inserted directly before the start codon of a protein of interest.

    Notes

    Start codon at end of sequence removed so as to not add a redundant start codon at the beginning of the protein of interest's coding sequence.
