Description

Device is based on I2056 and contains a partial biobrick site (EcoR1, Not1, Xba1) between R0040 and RFP. To insert a BB promoter for testing, digest the promoter EcoR1 and Spe1 and the kit EcoR1 and Xba1. The result will form a full BB prefix upstream of the RBS and a mixed site downstream. The full BB prefix has a larger spacing than would occur in actual construction.
