Description

Chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 5, fused to N-terminal half of ubiquitin.

Notes

PstI and EcoRI restriction sites inside CCR5 gene were mutated without changing the aminoacid sequence. CCR5 and NUb fragments were fused with PCR overlap extension method. The part is cloned into BBa_J52017, a vector with eukaryontic terminator.
