Description

Reporter construct for signaling circuit. GFP under the control of the lexAopMLP promoter and a SV40 polyA tail. SCFV-Epor-gp130, FcGamma, Syk, P85, CD11a, CD18-Cub, and CD18-nubG all have output of lexA-VP16 which will bind the LexAop and turn on the expression of GFP.

Notes

LexAop is a repeated sequence which results in multiple products. Isolate the largest fragment for gel isolation
